Parents are welcome to contribute to our ongoing fundraising efforts. Our biggest fundraiser is our bi-monthly Bingo. Due to the fact that the County has implemented a policy that impacts our budget if money is raised through fundraising, we are limiting our fundraising endeavors to the above.
All of the money that we raise goes toward the children’s programs. We have paid for the summer trips and transportation, including the Lion King performance at the Princess of Wales Theatre, horseback riding, Lang Pioneer Village, and a visit to the Metro Toronto Zoo. We have also paid for additional playground space and equipment upgrades, new children’s chairs throughout the Centre, and exciting new art and craft supplies.
Our staff volunteer their time to help organize and run these events. Many volunteers including our Board of Directors, our parents and our community all contribute to make these fundraisers a success!
